Five people were killed and nine others injured after a residential house caught fire in Chaoyang District Nike Air Max 97 Online UK , Beijing, on Wednesday morning.

GENEVA, Dec. 14 (Xinhua) -- The UN Special Envoy for SyriaStaffan de Mistura said that the way Intra-Syrian peace talksproceed will come after he speaks to the Security Council in NewYork as the eighth round ended Thursday without "realnegotiations."


He told journalists at the UN in Geneva that the two weeks oftalks failed to yield the intended results despite great efforts,which he described as a "missed golden opportunity".


De Mistura said the scheduled topics of a constitution andelections under UN Security Council Resolution 2254 had not evenbeen discussed with the government delegation.


"We did not see the government looking to have a dialogue inthis round," said the UN envoy Nike Air Max 97 Shoes UK , adding that "there is noalternative but to have the legitimacy of the UN."


He said as well as reporting back to the UN Security Council inNew York, he would also seek advice from special ambassadors of thePermanent Five members of the Security Council who he has beenconsulting.
