MIAMI -- U.S. Coast Guard officials say theyll examine lighting on the Miami Beach jetty involved in a boat crash that killed Miami Marlins pitcher Jose Fernandez and two other men last month.Rear Admiral Paul Thomas said in a letter this week to U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio that the Coast Guard is commissioning a new analysis of the north and south jetties at the entrance to a channel that runs past the southern end of Miami Beach.
